Hey, my name is Dalilah Juarez! 

I'm a marketing professional with 2 years of experience across social and account strategy, and project coordination. Now I'm focused on redirecting my experience into a strategy role.

 

With a background spanning Social Media Manager to Account Executive to Project Coordinator, I know how to get ideas moving. From insight to deck to execution, I'm the person teams rely on to bring clarity, direction, and make sure things get done.

What got me here? I grew up flipping through magazines with awestruck eyes and a yearn to be in the rooms making design decisions. I'm naturally drawn to spaces where culture, identity, and community are vital. And with a background in multicultural marketing and firsthand experience in the YMAC segment, I understand how culture drives consumer behavior. What motivates me now? Creating things that feel relevant, intentional, and authentic.

 

Outside of work you'll find me at a coffee shop ordering some sort of latte, working on my junk journal, or reading another think piece on the latest beauty and fashion trends.
